Energy intelligence in the City of Rotterdam

Sobolt and the city of Rotterdam present the result and findings of the current energy intelligence study. The private-public combination work together on data-driven products that contribute to the renewable energy transition, and to a sustainable city. Sobolt develops the innovative technologies such as satellite imaging, artificial intelligence and blockchain needed to give answers to the cities ambitions on climate change, energy transition and to support living conditions for a growing population. The City of Rotterdam combines the results and insights to drive better decision making for its ambitious goals.

The number of participants has some impact on the format of the workshop. The City of Rotterdam and Sobolt aim for both information by presenting the results of their study and interaction with the crowd on the findings. The session consists of 2 parts:

  1. Deep dive presentation in joined ‘Rotterdam Rooftops’ project
  2. Q&A

  • Energy transition and climate adaptation
  • Resilience & Sustainability
  • Earth observation and Rooftops
  • Artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies
